Vivat are committed to the preservation of historic buildings, to date they have restored 7 and are also working on some new projects.

Holiday, as opposed to full residential use, often requires less intervention into the buildings historic fabric.  Moreover, such use provides an income for future maintenance while enabling the public to explore and enjoy these unusual building either by staying in them or by visiting them on the well-publicised open days.
